Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight of the product(s) ordered, the distance traveled and type of shipping service you specify.
All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point (“Origin”). Transportation method (“Carrier”) is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. We ship most items via United Parcel Service (“UPS”), Federal Express (“FedEx”) or United States Postal Service (“USPS”). Items too large or too heavy for these small package delivery services will be sent by motor freight (“Common Carrier”). There is a minimum shipping fee for motor freight deliveries. Someone must be present to accept motor freight deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. Twenty-four hour notification, residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available for an additional charge and must be specified at the time of the order to avoid any delays or redelivery fees imposed by the freight carrier.
Pilgrim Medical Equipment will ship freight prepaid to the destination specified on the order and all freight charges will be billed to your account. Prices stated do not included transportation charges, shipping fees or special handling or services by the carrier. Pilgrim Medical does charge a shipping & handling fee (which includes internal handling and related costs) on all orders and which is reflected on customer’s invoice. Receipts for shipping and handling charges will not be furnished.
Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the Carrier. Delivery inspections are required. If the product is damaged in transit, customer should note the damage directly on the delivery receipt, photograph damaged merchandise and/or packaging and contact Pilgrim Medical Equipment Customer Service immediately to obtain an inspection report from the Carrier. Customers can contact us at 800-654-7410 to report any loss or damage incurred.
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition and are subject to a restocking fee ($25 minimum). BEFORE returning product, call (800) 654-7410 for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
All returns must be made within thirty (30) days from shipment date. Products must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition. Open packages cannot be returned. Custom-cut, custom built or special items are excluded. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS THE MISTAKE IS MADE BY PILGRIM MEDICAL EQUIPMENT.
Pilgrim Medical Equipment inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
Prices and quotes are subject to change without notice. Pilgrim Medical Equipment is not responsible for typographical errors.
